ADLEISIAU: AILDDYCHMYGU FY NINAS

ECHOES: MY CITY REIMAGINED is a project that seeks to link families and community spaces together to share stories and ideas. Our aim is to support maternal and paternal mental health by providing creative activity that takes families out and about. This project will help parents and caregivers to share and find their own stories within their own community spaces in Grangetown.

Mae ADLEISIAU: AILDDYCHMYGU FY NINAS yn brosiect sy’n ceisio cysylltu teuluoedd a mannau cymunedol â’i gilydd i rannu straeon a syniadau. Ein nod yw cefnogi iechyd meddwl mamau a thadau trwy gynnig gweithgaredd creadigol sy’n mynd â theuluoedd allan ar hyd y lle. Bydd y prosiect hwn yn helpu rhieni a gofalwyr i rannu a darganfod eu straeon eu hunain yn eu mannau cymunedol eu hunain yn Grangetown.
